Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.  Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following business day.  As a courtesy, Uneekmailers.com notifies all customers via email once orders are in transit.  Most orders reach our customers within two to five business days from time of shipment.

Shipping Policy

Our company prides itself on our fast shipping as we know our customers count on us to deliver time sensitive supplies that can make or break a business.  All items will be sent via USPS or UPS.  Average delivery time is 1-3 days. 


If you want to use your own shipping service, please give us a call and we can give you discounted rates.

Shipping Details:

  • Orders ship from Bakersfield, California.  
  • Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii are shipped through USPS.
  • Orders ship Monday through Saturday from our warehouse and tracking is emailed as soon as the shipping label is created.   
  • Orders placed before 3pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the same business day.
  • International shipping is available on request.
 
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase from Uneekmailers.com you may return it in the original, unused condition within 7 business days of date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping.  If your item had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted.  Uneekmailers.com will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.  All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.   Please contact us for a RMA number.  After 7 days, an additional 10% restocking fee will apply.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Exchange

To exchange a purchased item for an alternate product, you can return the original item for a refund and then place an order for the alternate product.  No store credit will be applied to your new purchase, however if your new purchase is for a product of equal or greater value than your return the 10% restocking fee will be waived.

Defective Merchandise
Any product that is found to be defective upon delivery will be replaced.  Defective merchandise can be returned for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.  This fee applies only if you choose to return the product for a refund.  If we are allowed to resolve the issue by replacing the defective merchandise no fee will be assessed.

Damaged/Missing Merchandise
Prior to leaving our warehouse, every package is inspected for damage.  Any damage to your product that occurs during shipment must be reported to us immediately.  We must be notified within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt for shipping damage related claims or missing merchandise claims.  Claims received within this 7 day time frame will be replaced.  Damaged merchandise may also be returned for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.  This fee applies only if you choose to return the product for a refund.  If we are allowed to resolve the issue by replacing the damaged merchandise no fee will be assessed.
